Delete your data

You can permanently delete your Tally account and all of the data associated with it at any time. Tally is operated by QY LLC.
Delete from within the app
- Open Tally on your iPhone, Mac, or the web app.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Close account and confirm.
This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all associated data — including your time entries, clients, projects, invoices, business details, and app settings — from our systems. This cannot be undone.
Prefer us to do it?
Email yufansapp@gmail.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We’ll confirm and complete the deletion, typically within a few days and no later than 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity (including any Facebook, Google, or Apple connection).
- All time entries, clients, projects, rates, invoices, and notes.
- Your business details, logo, and app settings.

Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account data — use “Close account” or email us so we can remove it from our systems.
